The workshop has a reserved block of rooms for 5 nights starting on Sept. 23. You can reserve rooms for the entire time or select specific nights. The rates include breakfast and dinner except for the night of the banquet and the last night (the first night is included). After August 20 we lose the room block and you will need to make reservations directly through the hotel, which will be considerably more costly.

The conference rates are:

Single: $190 per day

Double: $130 per person per day shared with a conference registrant or $125 per person per day shared with a guest.

Children can stay in a room free with a parent but there is an additional, age-dependent, fee for breakfast and dinner of $62/day (13-19), $31/day (3-12) and free for under 3.

The Registration fee ($200) includes the banquet. Guests and Children can attend if they pay $70 per person. The banquet will include an ~1/2 hr boat trip & tour to an island where we will eat and drink.
